1. All items are PRE-ORDER.

2. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for any garments purchased to arrive, as we order straight from the supplier from overseas.

3. Do note that all the images are from the supplier. We do not responsible for any material problem, eg.
- slight difference of color
- size problem
- fabric problem

4. Prices are fixed. Negotiation will not be entertained.

5. Price quoted exclusing postage.

6. FULL REFUND will be made should there be any out-of-stock

7. A FULL PAYMENT must be made to secure your order.

8. Goods sold are not refundable/exchangable.

9. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

11. For all orders we charge a flat rate of $8.00 (clothes/accessories) & $10.00 (Shoes/Bags).

For orders made within Australia over the value of $199 we will ship your order for FREE!

12 . All Domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post Express Post Service, which Guarantee next business day delivery within the Express Post networks (http://auspost.com.au/index.html)
* For customers who lay outside the Express Post Networks Shipping times may vary depending on location.

Off The Rack does not take responsibility for any items that may be lost or stolen in transit. In the very rare circumstance that this does occur, we will keep an eyes to track the parcel, however it may be beyond our control.
